As the Harvey Weinstein story continues to develop and grow, more and more new information is being brought into the media. Recently, actor Scott Rosenberg has admitted that he was aware of the situation involving Weinstein and has apologised to the victims that he did not admit what he knew sooner. The article says that one of the most frequently-heard comments is: “I had no idea. No one knew. We would have done something.” This statement has plenty of truth to it because despite the fact that everything is now out in the open. There are still plenty of celebrities and icons who look as though they are just denying what they know so they are not involved in the situation which is the wrong thing to do.

Also, the article state that former 'Hole' front-woman and murderer Courtney Love has had leaked footage which shows her telling young film-stars to 'not go to Harvey Weinstein's parties'. While this may be unsurprising that Courtney Love lied about such a big thing, it still highlights that many victims could have been saved before anything happened if someone just came out and told the truth.

While it may be understandable that some people did not come clean about such incidents and allegations because of their own personal relationship with Weinstein and any help he may have been to them, the damage has already done and the majority of media outlets are being very open about this.

  1. Good find and update to the ongoing series about Harvey. I would have maybe considered adding a comparative update on some of the other victims and aggressors.
